We do not accept any returns or refunds as all products are bespoke and hand-made.  
You can always contact us for any return question.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your lamp shade upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can inspect it and organise an exchange.  

Refunds 

In case of duplicated payments please contact us.  You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time approx 45days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
